In collaboration with researchers at Kamuzu University of Health Sciences, Malawi-Liverpool-Wellcome Clinical Research Programme Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, and the Broad Institute, Modjadji researchers have published work demonstrating the viability of wastewater-based genomic surveillance leveraging surface waters, rivers, and streams transporting waste in Blantyre Malawi.
